Mass Central Rail Trail: Sudbury to Hudson
Construction a 10-ft wide paved, shared-use path along 7.5 miles of the Trail (MCRT) Wayside corridor from the Eversource Driveway approximately 900 feet east of Landham Road in Sudbury to the Assabet River Rail Trail off Wilkins Street in Hudson. Also includes paving, fencing/ railing installation, landscaping, hardscape, site amenities, pavement markings, signage and final restoration of all areas within the work zone. |

A pre-bidding conference for prospective bidders will be held on Monday, January 6, 2025 at 1:00 pm. The meeting location is MCRT, South Sudbury Train Station. Meet in the parking area at 37 Union Ave, Sudbury, MA 01776. Should there be a weather emergency or severe weather event, an alternative meeting date/location will be announced via an addendum through Bid Express.
Questions are due at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 8, 2025. Questions received after this date will not be answered. Questions must be sent via email to amber.christoffersen@mass.gov. Bidders must be pre-qualified by the (MassDOT) Highway Division in HIGHWAY - BIKE PATHS to bid on the above project. An award will not be made to a Contractor who is not pre-qualified by MassDOT prior to the opening of Proposals
