Inviting sealed bids for removal of the Bell Tower at the Chilmark School in accordance with Contract Documents. The Chilmark School is an elementary school in the Town of Chilmark on the island of Martha’s Vineyard. Project consists of removing existing wood framed bell tower, infill resulting opening with framing and roofing material to match existing; salvage existing bell and relocate on new pedestal on the ground adjacent to existing building. The project is located at the Chilmark Elementary School, 8 State Rd., Chilmark, MA 02535. |

Questions should be addressed to Aditya Modi at amodi@chasolutions.com before 12/5/25 @ 4:00 P.M. Non-mandatory site visit/walk-through: 12/3/25 @ 3:00 P.M. at project site. All the bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than 5% of the greatest possible bid amount and made payable to the Up Island Regional School District. The successful General Bidder will be required to furnish a 50% Labor and Materials Payment Bond as per Contract Documents. |
