The sealed bids shall be clearly marked with the bidder’s name and address, Department of Public Works, description of bid item(s), date, time, and place of opening and bid number. No bid will be accepted after time and date specified. Copies of the Invitation for Bid can be obtained electronically via apeters@winchester.us or at the Department of Public Works office between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday; 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; and 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Friday. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, wholly or in part and to make the award in the best interest of the Town of Winchester. The notification of the intent to award the bid will be made within thirty (30) days of the bid opening date.
