Project |
DOC - Correctional Center for Women-Framingham, MA. The project involves reimagining the campus at MCI-Framingham to provide contemporary and renovated facilities to meet the needs of the population, address deferred maintenance, and move toward decarbonization. The existing facility is recognized as a historic resource; occupied ±15 acres; and is comprised of multiple buildings including residences, administration, an infirmary, and the original 1877 building known as Old Admin. The work under this contract will include, but is not limited to, renovation of the existing buildings, construction of replacement buildings, electrification and site improvements. |

DCAMM is prequalifying firms interested in providing CM-at-Risk services for this project through this RFQ process. |
