Processes would include milling existing asphalt at match points, applying a bonding agent over existing asphalt material, overlaying existing roadway with 2-inch-thick layer hot asphalt mix meeting Massachusetts DOT standards while trying to maintain drainage away from sidewalks and roadway and reforming the speed hump at the intersection of Hospital Road and Service Road |
