Furnish all labor, materials and equipment to repair structural and random cracks in bituminous concrete surface using hot fiber reinforced crack filler in accordance with Massachusetts Highway Department Specifications Procedure to be as follows: blow out cracks with 125 CFM 90 PSI air pressure; fill all cracks with hot fiber reinforced asphalt heated in a double jacketed melter to a minimum of 320 degrees F using application; clean up general work area. |
