TheCape Cod Community College, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids
from contractors for the Exterior Door Replacement at Buildings 4, 5, 7, 10 and 11 in West Barnstable, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by BIA.STUDIO. The project consists of but not limited to:
replacement of existing exterior doors at five buildings with new aluminum-framed
entrances and storefronts; new fiberglass doors and frames; new door hardware; and
Electrical Improvements. Add Alternate 1 consists of door hardware and Electrical
Improvements at two entrances to provide new automatic openers. Add Alternate 2
consists of the replacement of Building 11 Door 3. |
