Materials shall meet MassDOT Highway Division specifications. When applicable, vendors shall be in compliance with prevailing wage laws. Bid packets/specifications are available online at http://www.freetownma.gov/bids. To ensure receipt of any addenda, packets/specifications must be downloaded from the website; requests to have the packets mailed, e-mailed, or delivered in any other fashion will not be honored. Sealed bids marked “Roadway Materials/Services” will be accepted at the Selectmen’s Office, P.O. Box 438, 3 North Main Street, Assonet, MA 02702, until Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. Bids will be publicly opened and read at the Town Hall, address above, on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. |
