The MVPC is implementing, a partnership with Tyngsborough, Lawrence, Andover, Methuen, and Haverhill, a river cleanup initiative. Plan to purchase 10 containment booms, along with safety equipment and secure services to monitor, collect and remove floatable solid waste from booms at selected locations along the Merrimack River and remove and store booms at season's end. |
