Project |
The project area is a 0.5-acre portion of a 4.5-acre municipal park. The winning proposer will be responsible to remove and dispose of an existing playground and furnish and install site improvements including a driveway and parking area, pedestrian paths, playground safety surfacing, site amenities, landscaping, and other associated site work, including site preparation and earthwork, as well as coordination with owner-furnished/installed playground equipment at the project site. |
