The Town of Stoughton invites bid responses in accordance with M.G.L. 30-39M for On Call Services Small Pavement Projects (subgrade preparation and paving). On Call Services are to be provided to the Town of Stoughton solely based on the needs of the Town’s Contract Manger. Contractor must be available to begin each service (task order) within 10 days of issuance of a task from the town assigned contract manager.
