Upgrade to all the 1) theater sound system, from analog to digital all 2) theatrical lighting systems from incandescent to LED, 3) replace architectural wall sconces and stage/catwalk work lights with LED, 4) replace theatrical curtains with inherently flame retardant (IFR) curtains, and 5) video system upgrades and enhancements within the existing Newman Elementary School Theater.
A non-mandatory pre-bid walk through will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at the Newman Elementary School located at 1155 Central Avenue, Needham, MA. Prevailing wage rates apply. Substantially completed and the system fully operational by September 15, 2026. Electrical General Contractor bids are due on 5/22/2025 at the Public Service Administration Window, 500 Dedham Ave., Needham, MA 02492 until the deadlines at 2:00PM |
