Project |
General construction of a new Boiler and Domestic water heating system for the entire facility. Project will include a new high efficiency propane fuel boiler system with pumps, expansion tank, magnetic air separator, distribution, terminal equipment and trim. Propane gas piping will need to be modified and electrical work to support installation of the new system and controls. Boiler controls shall maintain the current sequence of operations but allow for future connection and control through a BACNet based building management system. |
