Sealed bids are physically due at Natick Public Works, 75 West Street, Natick, MA 01760. No faxed/emailed/conditional/late bids will be accepted. If the Procurement Office at Natick Public Works is closed due to weather/other emergency, the deadline for receipt of bids will be extended until 9:00 A.M. the next business day that the Procurement Office is open. The Procurement Officer will conduct the bid opening after the closing of bids in the presence of a witness. The opening procedures will be streamed live through a video conferencing software called ZOOM at the following link: Join Zoom Meeting https://us06web.zoom.us/j/82854916622. The Town reserves the right to reject any/all bids in the public interest. Award is subject to appropriation/vote of the Natick Town Administrator. |
