Project |
Condensing Unit Replacement Project at the Swampscott Senior Center includes the removal of a
dedicated air-cooled condensing unit and associated DX-Coil within the existing Air Handling Unit
(AHU-2), and all associated refrigerant piping, electrical connections, controls and appurtenances.A new VRF heat pump condensing unit will be installed on the low roof and piped a new VRF
Refrigerant R-410a coil will be installed in AHU-2. New VRF system components including
controllers, expansion kits, and sensors, and new refrigerant piping. The new heat pump will be
powered from existing electrical panels located in room S-A205. |
