Project |
Inviting sealed bids for the Wayland Middle School Ceiling Tile Abatement and Replacement Project at the Wayland Middle School at 201 Main St., Wayland. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: ABATEMENT - Scope of work includes proper removal, cleaning and disposal of ACM contaminated ceiling tile, of approximately 35,425 square feet. Contractor will also be responsible for cleaning the existing grid and associated equipment; and REPLACEMENT - Replace abated tiles with new 2' x 4' Armstrong #17578 Humiguard Plus to match existing and remove debris and final clean of affected areas. |
