Project |
East Longmeadow High School Project. New 192,760 GSF high school located at 180 Maple St., East Longmeadow, MA. Mobilizing will occur in summer 2024. Construction duration for the new building is anticipated to be two years with a Substantial Completion date no later than 7/30/26. Following the completion of the new building, the existing High School will be demolished to facilitate the remaining landscape and hardscape. The Substantial Completion date for that work is no later than 6/25/27. |
