Project |
Project includes work at exterior plaza grade and below-grade interior at basement and hallway areas. Plaza-level Work includes replacement of slab waterproofing system, including removal and replacement of concrete paving, waterproofing membrane, embedded flashings, and brick masonry at slab perimeter. Below-grade work includes repair of water-damaged structural concrete deck and beams and re-routing of MEP and FP system components required to complete structural work. Misc. painting, gypsum board assembly repair, excavation, repair of landscaping, fire-stopping, masonry cutting and door installation are also included in the project. General bidders must be certified by the Division. |

Construction, and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed
DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement.
General Bids will be received until the deadline, at which time they will be publicly opened online, forthwith.
Filed Sub-bids for the trades listed below will be received until 3/28/25 by 10:00 A.M. and publicly opened online, forthwith. Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for the trades listed below and bidders must include a current DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Sub-Bidder’s Update Statement. |
