Renovation and repurpose of a former water treatment facility located at 171 Middlesex Turnpike, Burlington, MA 01803. Within the existing building, completely demolish and remove the following existing water treatment equipment including but not limited to: water storage vessels, process piping, control panels & associated conduits, housekeeping pads/pipe supports. Once demo is complete, construction of a new offices for the Temporary Burlington Police Department consisting of administrative offices, communication equipment room, meeting room, storage, toilet room renovations, roll call, report writing and interview rooms. |
