PRJ25-165 LRB – 7th Floor Backfill Mechanical Scope.
Removal of three existing fume hoods from lab alcove, with associated ductwork leading back to the main building exhaust trunks. All existing plumbing and electrical connections at the fume hoods will be disconnected prior to removal. Existing Phoenix valves shall be removed. Unused openings within the mechanical trunk shall be securely sealed. Existing plumbing lines connected to the existing fume hoods shall be removed. Three new branch supply airlines shall be extended from the existing supply air trunk to the new supply diffusers. Complete HVAC Testing, Adjusting, Balancing TAB report shall be conducted to ensure proper air distribution within the alcove/general space. |
