In accordance with M.G.L. c. 30, ยง 39M, the Town of Westford will receive sealed bids for the STONY BROOK SCHOOL TRACK AND ATHLETIC COURTS RENOVATION PROJECT. The project consists of providing Stony Brook Middle School with needed improvements, including a new 6-lane track, ADA/AAB accessible walkways, various track field events, protective perimeter fencing around the facility, tennis & pickleball courts, basketball courts, and portable bleachers, shed, various site amenities as indicated in the drawings and all the work incidental thereto, in accordance with the specifications and conceptual plans as prepared by Nesra Engineering, LLC. |

A pre-bid, optional conference and site visit will be held at the Stony Brook School located at 9 Farmer Way, Westford, MA 01886, on Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at: 12 p.m. (at the existing track). Bidders are encouraged to attend.
