Project |
The Community Builders (TCB Putnam LLC) is seeking General and Filed Sub bids for The Project, which consists of but not limited to enabling work on the Wilson's Department Store, a historic masonry building constructed with several different eras of additions, comprising approximately 95,000 total square feet of gross building area. The work includes implementation of an NFPA 241 fire safety plan, provision of temporary electrical, lighting, and heat, abatement of all hazardous materials, structural bracing and framing, demolition work including complete demolition of the 1970-era addition to the building and framing of a new circular tower. |
