The remaining subtrades and general contractor on the project are only available to applicants that were prequalified. Prequalified applicants will receive an invitation to bid.
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Wednesday January 15, 2025 at 10:00 AM. The Pre-Bid Conference is mandatory for all General Bidders and recommended for Sub Bidders. The Conference location is at the rear of 341 St. Paul St., Brookline, MA 02446, through Learning Center door.
All Sub Bidder questions must be received by Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at 10:00 AM in order to be answered by RFI response.
All General Bidder questions must be received by Monday, February 3, 2025 at 10:00 AM in order to be answered by RFI response.
