If the Town's Procurement Office is closed due to weather/other emergency, the deadline for receipt of bids will be extended until 9 AM EST on the next regular business day that the Procurement Office is open. Opening will be in front of a witness and will be viewable online at links as stated in the IFB. The Town reserves the right to reject any/all bids in the public interest. Award is subject to funding and approval of the Natick Town Administrator and may be subject to review by the U.S. Dept. of Energy, which is reviewing grant funding for this project. |
