Bidders must submit a five percent (5%) bid deposit with their bid. All bids submitted in response to the Invitation for Bids will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 149, sec.44A-J. Vendors will be required to abide by the guidelines established under this statute. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates and OSHA Certifications. The City of Lawrence reserves the right to reject any or all bids or take whatever action is in the best interest of the City. |
