The Bristol County Commissioners are seeking a qualified General Contractor for Historical Masonry Restoration, as defined in M.G.L. Chapter 149, and M.G.L. c. 30, § 39M(c).General Contractor DCAMM certification required: Historical Masonry. All bid submissions must include DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and update statement.
Restore and improve the existing stonework and masonry joints per construction documents prepared by RGB Architects: abarkley@rgb.net. Work will repair, replace, or improve the existing masonry joints of stonework. Repair of limited cracks in stone by injection of epoxy materials is expected. The project calls for the honing of all joints, and the exterior cleaning/washdown of all items in the indicated work area. |
