Construction of a 0.9 MGD WTF for the existing Leland Road Wells with three GreensandPlus filtration vessels for iron and manganese removal, a below grade spent backwash tank, backwash supply tank, pipe gallery, HVAC, plumbing, SCADA, and electrical services. Other work includes chemical feed upgrades in the existing WTF building, installation of new submersible well pumps and motors, installation of new water main including approximately 187 ft. of 24-in. water main for 4-log virus inactivation, stormwater controls, and other site work. |

Each bid and sub-bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price, will be required. Massachusetts Minimum Wage Rates as well as Federal Minimum Wage Rates apply to this project. |
