Proposals that do not have the Affidavit (of non-collusion, etc.) properly completed will be declared informal. Bids are subject to provisions M.G.L. c. 30, §§ 39F, 39G, 39H, 39K and 39M and c. 149, §§ 44A to 44H, inclusive. This contract is subject to all State Laws and Regulations concerning Minority Business Enterprises including Executive Order 237. The right is reserved to waive any informality in or reject any or all proposals. An award will not be made to any Contractor who is not able to complete the work no later than 6/15/25. |
