Non-mandatory site visit: 12/15/25 @ 12:00 P.M. Bids must include a 5 percent bid deposit. The project is subject to Massachusetts Prevailing Wage laws. Contractors are responsible for all required permits, police details, and daily site safety. All questions must be submitted in writing to smathias@thenhcs.org
