Sealed filed sub-bids and general bids will be due at Natick Public Works, 75 West St., Natick, MA no later than the deadline. No faxed/emailed/conditional/late bids will be accepted. Bidding will be viewable on ZOOM as provided in the bid documents. If the Proc. Office is closed due to weather/other emergency, the deadline for receipt of bids will be extended until 9:00 A.M. the next business day that the Proc. Office is open. The Town reserves the right to reject any/all bids in the public interest. Award is subject to appropriation/approval of the Town Administrator/his designee(s). |
