In accordance with M.G.L. c. 30, ยง 39M, it is the intention of the Town to contract for the services of a Traffic Signal Repair Company for the maintenance and repair of traffic signals. The Company must provide normal, routine, and emergency service on a 24-hour, seven days per week basis (including holidays) with a response time of not more than two hours. |

Additional Information |
The work shall consist of maintaining and responding to emergency repairs/part replacement and or completing any required improvements to the traffic signals. Work will be under the direction of the Public Works Highway Division in co-operation with the Franklin Police Department to maintain public safety. |
