Project |
The project consists of furnishing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to construct and install two outdoor pickleball courts at Action Cove Playground located at 15 Bachelor St., West Newbury, MA 01985 including all incidental items necessary to complete the work. A portion of the project must be completed by 11/15/25, weather permitting. This includes the sub-grade and base-paving course. All remaining work is to be finalized in the spring of 2026. Minimum Wage Rates as determined by the Commissioner of Department of Workforce Development under the provisions of the M.G.L., c. 149, ยงยง 26 - 27D, apply to this project. |
