Interior renovations to vacant units at 489 Lebanon St and 969 Main St. Both units are upper floors of 2-family wood-framed houses. Work includes: new finishes and cabinetry, framing, insulation, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, new electrical service, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, lead remediation. Site work at 969 Main St. includes a new water line from the street and new underground electrical service. Reconstruct an exterior wood-framed stair and new concrete walkway in the back yard. There are 2 alternates for a new wood fence and new exterior stair. General bids only are being solicited at this time. Filed sub bids for plumbing, electrical, HVAC and painting have already been received and are available to General Bidders. |
