Power Plant Structural Repairs Project being re-advertised to eliminate mandatory PreBid Conference. Electronic bids are invited in the category of General Building Construction for Power Plant Structural Repairs FRC2453, according to documents prepared by Lavallee Brensinger Architects.
Project includes demolition of the first-floor slab, as shown in the project drawings and installation of a new concrete slab with epoxy coating. It also involves temporary shoring of the existing perimeter foundation wall. All building utilities and systems are involved and must be safely disconnected, temporarily relocated, then reconnected or reinstalled. |
