Pre-bid Site Visit: 8/6/25 @ 10:00 A.M. at 145 Gorham Street, Lowell, MA. Interested bidders shall meet at the front of the building. All bids submitted in response to this Invitation for Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Deposit of 5% of the bid price. Bids will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under M.G.L. c. 149, ยง 44A-J. Vendors will be required to abide by the guidelines established under this statute. These contracts are subject to Federal Davis Bacon Wages, OSHA Certification and DCAMM Eligibility.
LHA reserves the right to amend or cancel this IFB, accept or reject any and all bids and waive minor informalities.
