Project |
Remove, reinstall, and reinforce granite and rubble masonry wall areas as necessary to provide new flashing at the Milford Youth Center headhouse building. Provide new zinc/tin alloy coated copper (ZTCC) through-wall flashing where shown on the headhouse elevation drawings (generally over openings). Provide new reglet-set ZTCC flashing, trench liner waterproofing, and drainage system at the base of the north, east, and south elevations of the headhouse. Remove and restore interior finishes on the 1st and Mezzanine (2nd) floors as required to provide the new flashing and repair existing water damage at openings. Repair existing interior gypsum finish wall openings and trim at four locations.
