Questions concerning this bid must be submitted to Kristen Rubin at townadmin@townofberlin.com no later than 10/2/25. Responses and/or addendum, if issued, will be emailed to all bidders on record as having requested the IFB. Sealed bids clearly marked “Bid for Line Painting” will be received at the Town Administrator’s Office, above agency address no later than the deadline, at which time they will be opened publicly. Contractors are required to comply with the Massachusetts Department of Labor and Industries Prevailing Wage Rates. The Town of Berlin reserves the right to cancel this IFB, waive minor informalities, and/or reject any or all responses deemed not to be in the best interest of the Town. |
