Project |
Bellingham will prequalify General Contractors and Subcontractors for the construction of the Hartford Avenue Water Treatment Plant PFAS Upgrades Project, DWSRF #16813. Prequalification will be established through the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process in accordance with M.G.L. Ch.149 Section 44D1/2. The project is for the construction of a new water treatment building south of the existing Hartford Avenue Water Treatment Plant. The new building will include ballasted flocculation pre-treatment systems for total organic carbon removal, (granular activated carbon) pressure vessels for PFAS removal, chemical feed systems, a process water holding tank, and ancillary equipment and controls. |
