Project |
The project is a new 191,796 GSF high school facility located at 180 Maple St., East Longmeadow, MA. Mobilizing will occur in summer 2024. Construction duration for the new building is anticipated to be two years with a substantial completion date no later than 7/30/26. Following completion of the new building, the existing High School will be demolished to facilitate the construction of the remaining landscape and hardscape. The substantial completion date for that work is no later than 6/25/27. Early packages will be used to assure this schedule. This RFQ is solely for contractors seeking prequalification for the Elevators trade package. All other filed sub bid trades associated with this project will be bid at a later date.
