Questions will be accepted until 04/30/2025 @ 12:00pm directed to Owner’s Project Manager Melissa Martinez, Accenture, at the following email address, melissa.c.martinez@accenture.com. This procurement is conducted pursuant to MGL c.149A. This RFQ is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process. The UMass Building Authority will evaluate the Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) in accordance with the evaluation criteria set forth in the RFQ and will select those firms it deems qualified. Only those firms deemed qualified will be invited to submit a bid in response to a Request for Bid (RFB). |
