The Town of Edgartown, acting through its Owner’s Project Manager, CHA, is soliciting proposals from qualified bidders for tree clearing of the two-acre parcel of land at 40 Robinson Rd., Edgartown MA, as per M.G.L. c. 30, § 39M. Tree clearing shall include the complete removal of all trees, stumps and associated debris from the site and legal disposal. The work shall include protection of existing improvements and utilities and leave the site in a stable condition upon completion of the work. |

Sealed responses (one unbound original and two paper copies, with one electronic version on PDF format on a flash drive) must be received at the Town of Edgartown Procurement Office, Town Hall, 3rd Floor (or mailed to P.O. Box 5158), above agency address, in a sealed envelope clearly marked. “TREE CLEARING PROPOSAL FOR EDGARTOWN PARKS DEPT. ROBINSON ROAD REC AREA” no later than the deadline. The estimated cost of this work is around $50,000 or less. The Division of Occupational Safety has determined the Prevailing Wage Rates for this work, and they are included as part of the IFB. |
