R14 - Sprinklers. The project will remove and replace deteriorated dry sprinkler pipes, connections, and sprinkler heads at the Boston Common Garage. The project will provide a comprehensive sprinkler test to determine if additional dry sprinkler system components are to be replaced. These items will be replaced at a unit price. The project will remove and replace the existing dry sprinkler system air compressors. |
