A Pre-Bid Site Visit will take place on 10/2/25 @ 10:00 A.M. at 102-104 Grand Street. All bids submitted in response to this Request for Quotes (QSP) will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 149. Vendors will be required to abide by the guidelines established under this statute. This contract is subject to the Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Rates and OSHA Certifications. The LHA reserves the right to amend or cancel this IFB, accept or reject any and all bids and waive minor informalities. |
