Replacement of steel Lally columns and repair of floor framing over the east side crawl space. Installation of a permanent sump pump assembly in the crawl space floor slab with an overflow alarm. Installation of insulation on the underside of the crawl space and access hatch. Installation of new ventilation louvers in existing openings.
Replacement of the east entrance concrete egress stairs and rails. |
