Wompatuck Restroom Renovations: This project consists of interior and exterior renovations of 3 campground restroom buildings (Kestrel, Yarrow and Pine) including mechanical, plumbing, electrical, surrounding sitework, and accessible improvements pathways to access the buildings from paved roads or parking. The contract includes a bid alternate to deduct one building (Pine) from the contract. |
