The work consists of, but is not limited to: Remove and strip rubber membrane and backerboard from roof. • Install face metal along the outside edges. • Install new backerboard and secure with manufacturer recommended screws and plates. • Adhere .60 mil EPDM rubber roof membrane to backer board. • All seams of the roofing system sealed according to manufacturer recommendations. • Install flashing on edges and curbs. • Clean-up and removal of all materials and scraps caused by the construction. • Roof warranty required. • The roof surface is approximately 9,400 sq. ft. |
