Project |
This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is the first step of a two phase bidding process. The work consists of construction of a 1.01 MGD PFAS and Greensand Water Treatment Plant at 98 Worcester Street in a new 6,400 SF stone masonry building. The work includes but is not limited to, site work, drainage infrastructure, process piping, process equipment, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, instrumentation, and SCADA. The project shall be completed within 850 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. Construction is expected to begin in the Winter 2025/2026. |

A non-mandatory virtual informational meeting will be held on June 11th at 11:00 am. Informational meeting details will be in the RFQ. Following prequalification, the Grafton Water District will invite the prequalified respondents to submit General Bids and Filed Sub-Bids for the project. The successful respondent must be able to obtain bonding for the full construction cost. Further public notice information regarding the specifics of this project and the prequalification evaluation criteria and selection process is included in the RFQ. The DCAMM certificate of eligibility to be submitted by the General Bidder shall be for the category of work defined as "Sewage and Water Treatment Plants". The DCAMM certificate of eligibility to be submitted by the Filed Sub-Bidder shall be for the category of work for which they are submitting a bid. |
