In accordance with M.G.L. c. 30, ยง 39M, it is the intention of the Town of Franklin to retain the services of a landscaping/grounds maintenance firm for the purposes of maintaining the grounds/green space at Franklin High School and Horace Mann Middle School located within the Town of Franklin. The scope of work shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials and transportation required for complete maintenance of the Franklin High School and Horace Mann Middle School grounds/green space as identified in the bid specifications. |
