This procurement is conducted pursuant to M.G.L. c. 149A. This RFQ is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process. Direct any questions to Owner’s Project Manager Jimmy Connelly, Accenture, at jimmy.connelly@accenture.com until 5/21/25 by 12:00 P.M. The UMass Building Authority will evaluate the Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) in accordance with the evaluation criteria set forth in the RFQ and will select those firms it deems qualified. Only those firms deemed qualified will be invited to submit a bid in response to a Request for Bid (RFB). |
