The replacement of boilers and indirect water heaters at seven buildings at the Mill Street Development for the New Bedford Housing Authority (Project #069-2024). This project's labor rates are governed by the Davis-Beacon Act, refer to the wage rates document included with this project manual. This project requires the provision of temporary space heating and domestic hot water during system's shutdown periods.
